<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station power source unit dealing with instantaneous power failure and realizing downsizing and cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: When secondary voltage of an insulated power transformer 1 is monitored and the voltage is at predetermined voltage or higher, a first rectifying and smoothing circuit 16 supplies electric power of e.g. 27 V to an RF section of a base station unit, and a DC-DC step-down regulator 23 decreases voltage from the first rectifying and smoothing circuit 16 and outputs electric power of digital power source voltage (e.g. 3.3 V) . Further, a second rectifying and smoothing circuit 17 accumulates electrical energy in a capacitor 14 when voltage is at predetermined voltage or higher. When instantaneous power failure or the like occurs and secondary voltage of the insulated power transformer 1 becomes less than predetermined voltage, the DC-DC step-down regulator 23 decreases voltage from the second rectifying and smoothing circuit 17 and outputs electric power of digital power source voltage (e.g. 3.3 V). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
