<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system of which a security function is enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: Personal information of a user input from a personal information input device 31 is output through a network 40 to an authority collation part 211. The authority collation part 211 performs collation with personal information stored in a personal ID storage device 221 and acquires a moving route key corresponding to the personal information from a moving route key storage device 222. An image retrieval part 212 acquires a key image corresponding to the personal information from a key image storage device 223 and performs retrieval of a plurality of image storage devices 12 on the basis of the key image to acquire a plurality of images of the user captured by a camera 11. A moving route generation part 213 generates moving route information of the user on the basis of the retrieved images of the user.
