<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip bar capable of being utilized as a laundry pole and excellent in the aspect of good hygiene. <P>SOLUTION: A grip bar 1, to which a shower hook 3 is slidably attached, is installed on a surface of a wall 31 of a bathroom 30 via a suspension member 4 and a support member 5. The shower hook 3 is provided with a rotary mechanism; an extension bar 6 is provided inside the grip bar 1; the suspension member 4 rotatably suspends an upper end 2a of the grip bar 1; and the support member 5 detachably supports a lower end 2b of the grip bar 1. The lower end 2b of the grip bar 1 is detached from the support member 5, and a part of the extension bar 6 is taken out from the inside of the grip bar 1 to cross the inside of the bathroom 30.
