<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line element reducing the risk of damage occurring when fluid is frozen because the freeze of fluid causes the increase of volume and causes pressure load on a line, damage of the line or the connecting element of the line is generated as a result in the worst case, and to provide a method for forming the line element. <P>SOLUTION: The line element 1 includes a fluid line 2, and a housing 3 structured and arranged to surround the fluid line 2 in a radially fluid-tight manner.
