<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission system that enhances power transmission efficiency without enlarging a device by reducing a stray capacitance that does not contribute to power transmission. <P>SOLUTION: A power transmission device 101 is formed with a power transmission device side passive electrode 2 and a power transmission device side active electrode 31. A power receiving device 201 is formed with a power receiving device side passive electrode 7 and a power receiving device side active electrode 6. The power transmission device side active electrode 31 is configured by a lattice-shaped conductor part periodically arranged in a plane direction. Since the power transmission device side active electrode 31 does not shield a coupling between the power transmission device side passive electrode 2 and the power receiving device side passive electrode 7, capacitance is generated between the power receiving device side passive electrode 7 and the power transmission device side passive electrode 2. Thus, power transmission efficiency becomes high because of a large coupling degree between the power transmission device 101 and the power receiving device 201, although an area of the power transmission device side active electrode 31 is expanded compared to that of the power receiving device side passive electrode 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
