<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus of a multilayer ceramic capacitor in which an electrode pattern having an arbitrary thickness can be formed with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus of the multilayer ceramic capacitor comprises: a recess formation roller 10 having a cylindrical shape provided, on the outer peripheral surface thereof, with protrusions 11 and forming recesses 12 that form an electrode pattern on the surface of a green sheet 1 by having the protrusions 11 abut on the green sheet 1; a liquid-repellent treatment agent supply mechanism which supplies a liquid-repellent treatment agent 20 having liquid repellency for an electrode material 13 to the surface of the protrusions 11 on the recess formation roller 10; an ink jet head which fills the recesses 12 formed by means of the recess formation roller 10 with the electrode material 13 by an ink jet system; and a heater which dries the electrode material 13 enclosed in the recesses 12 by means of the ink jet head. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
