PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus that provides appropriate contents based on location information.

SOLUTION: A content sharing server 100 comprises: a location information acquisition part 109 that acquires location information and conditions for specifying an area using the location information as a reference point from an area content response management table that stores by associating contents with location information indicating locations, and a location providing device that provides location information; and a communication control part 102 that specifies an area with the acquired location information as the reference point based on the location information and conditions, and transmits the location information included in the specified area and the contents associated in the area content response management table.
