PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light weight, thin-wall and highly rigid fiber reinforced molding which is also favorable in appearance and has no anxiety of the exfoliation of a coating film when painted.
SOLUTION: The molding is composed of a core material 11, fiber reinforcements 21 laminated on both surfaces of the core material 11 and a surface material 25 laminated on at least one side of the fiber reinforcements 21 on the core material 11 which are integrated by curing a thermosetting resin. The core material 11 is formed by curing the thermosetting resin in a state that the thermosetting resin is impregnated in an open cell thermosetting resin foam having continue air bubbles, and a compression ratio of the core material is 200-5,000%. The fiber reinforcement 21 is formed of a reinforcement in which the thermosetting resin is impregnated into a carbon fiber and cured, and a resin ratio of the thermosetting resin after the impregnation is 50-80%. The surface material 25 is formed of a material in which the thermosetting resin is adhered to the surface of a porous sheet and cured. The core material 11, the fiber reinforcements 21 and the surface material 25 are integrated by curing the thermosetting resin.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
