PURPOSE: An LED illumination lamp is provided to improve heat radiation by radiating heat from a light emitting diode outside through a case. CONSTITUTION: A reflector of a metal material installs inside the main case. A heat sink(140) of a planar structure is arranged in one side of an LED fluorescent lamp. A plurality of heat radiation fins(141) are formed in the outer surface of the heat sink A slide groove(142) is protruded from the outside surface center of the heat sink. A tube(150) of a transparent material is fixed and coupled with the heat sink. A base(170) is formed while covering both ends of tube and heat sink.
