PURPOSE: A gel electrolyte for a dye sensitized fuel cell and a dye sensitized fuel cell including the same are provided to ensure efficiency and stability by minimizing an iodine content of an electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(11) is located on a first substrate(10). A light absorption layer(13) is formed on the first electrode. A dye(15), in which external light is absorbed and generates an excited electron, is adsorbed on a surface of the light absorption layer. A second electrode(21) formed on a second substrate(20) is formed to face the first electrode. A electrolyte(30) receives electrons from the second electrode with oxidation-reduction and transfers the electrons to the dye.
