DRAWING TYPE SHIFT SHATFT FOR AUTOMOBILE TRANSMISSION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A shift shaft for vehicle transmission by drawing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce costs and processes in a material preparing process and decrease weight since a material produced to have a long length in a drawing process can be cut to desired length. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a shift shaft for vehicle transmission by drawing comprises next steps. A round bar material and a pipe member are prepared respectively. Cold drawing is done on the round bar material to process a drawing round bar material(1-1) with two key grooves(1') facing each other. Cold drawing is done on the pipe member to process a drawing round bar material(2-1). The drawing round bar material and the drawing pipe member are cut to desired length.
