PURPOSE: An organic and inorganic composite composition is provided to form coating and a flexible film on a flexible substrate and to ensure strong adhesive force. CONSTITUTION: An organic and inorganic composite composition comprises 1.0~99.0 wt% bile acids and their derivatives, 1.0~99.0 wt% metal alkoxide, 1.0~99.0 wt% alcohols, organic solvent or their mixed solvent, and 0.1~10.0 wt% catalyst. The bile acids and their derivatives form a organic gel and are represented by chemical formula 1a-1c.
