PURPOSE: A safe lift and anti-fall device of a gang form is provided to be easily applied in times of change in height between floors in a construction site and enhance lift efficiency of a gang form. CONSTITUTION: A safe lift and anti-fall device of a gang form comprises a lift hook member(20), an upper guide(30), a cover unit, a lower guide(50), a coil spring(60) and a fixing member(70). The lift hook member makes a hook protrude upwardly from a vertical member. The upper and lower guides are respectively inserted into upper and lower outer circumferential surfaces of a leg unit. The upper guide is welded to the vertical member through a welding unit. The cover unit covers a fixing bolt so that the fixing bolt does not loosen. The cover unit prevents the inclination of the fixing bolt.
