PURPOSE: A frame structure of canopy capable of use convenience by keeping a frame tensioned using simple operation is provided to maximize the robustness of product by stably installing a frame of a canopy without rocking and slacking. CONSTITUTION: A frame structure of canopy comprises an elevating member(10), a connection frame(3), a fixing member(20), an elevating guide member(30), and an expansion spring(40). The elevating member is connected to an upper frame(2) end tip of canopy using a hinge. The connection frame is connected to the upper frame. The fixing member is connected at the end tip of the connection frame using a hinge. The elevating guide members are loaded on the elevating member and fixing member. The elevating guide member moves the elevating member up and down. A load hole(11) is formed on an elevation member in order to insert the elevating guide member to the central part.
