<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing load to allocate authority to a new organization ID when an organization ID of an organization with a same entity changes. <P>SOLUTION: An ID change organization table associating an old organization ID with a new organization ID for an organization with a same entity whose organization ID changes and a role allocation table showing a role which is allocated to the organization by associating the organization ID with a role ID, are stored in an ID management system DB 150. During an organization change, a role allocation change part 107 extracts the role allocation table describing the old organization ID shown in the ID change organization table, creates and enables new role allocation information showing association between the role ID of the extracted role allocation table and the new organization ID and disables the existing role allocation table showing the old organization ID. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
