<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing device that prevents scattering matter, which scatters during work such as cleaning, from scattering to the outside of a building and prevent a worker from falling, when the worker performs the work (construction) such as cleaning in a balcony section of the building. <P>SOLUTION: An upper end 11a of a curing sheet 11 is detachably fixed to a balcony 2B section on a story above a balcony 2A on a work story where work such as cleaning is to be performed. A vertical intermediate portion of the curing sheet 11 is disposed outside the balcony 2A on the work story.
