<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method by which the production cost of an impeller is easily suppressed, a molding device which can be driven by a small number of driving sources, and the molding device which can make an installation space small in the diameter direction of the impeller. <P>SOLUTION: In the impeller 50, a plurality of blades 52, each of which is tilted by different tilted angle on an outer peripheral side and an inner peripheral side on one side of a rotation direction, are installed together in the peripheral direction of one side surface of a body, and the method of forming the impeller 50 includes: a mold clamping process in which a first mold 3A for molding one side of each of the blades 52, a second mold 4 opposed to the first mold 3A and mold-clamped, and a core 5 arranged on the side of the first mold 3A relative to the blades 52 are included, and which mold-clamps the first mold 3A and the second mold through the core 5; an injecting process which injects resin into an obtained cavity; and a process which releases at least the first mold 3A and demolds the core 5 by rotating the core 5 around a core-rotational axis core X3 extended toward the inner peripheral side from the outer peripheral side of the impeller 50, after the resin is hardened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
