<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work of a manager without the need to separate folders of a distribution destination in the case where a system which distributes only document data and a system which distributes both document data and bibliographic information are mixed. <P>SOLUTION: A document management system which manages data distributed from a plurality of document distribution systems includes monitor means which monitors a folder storing document data distributed from a first document distribution system, and document data and bibliographic information distributed from a second document distribution system and detects that novel data are stored, determination means which determines whether the bibliographic information is included in the novel data detected by the monitor means, and registration means which registers document data newly stored in the folder on a document list when it is determined by the determination means that any bibliographic information is not included, and registers the document data and bibliographic information newly stored in the folder on the document list when it is determined by the determination means that the bibliographic information is included. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
