<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial oil purifying device capable of removing a non-magnetic foreign matter and performing continuous purification treatment. <P>SOLUTION: The industrial oil purifying device 1 includes: a flow passage 2 through which industrial oil containing foreign particles flow in one direction; a charging means 3 for generating discharge in the industrial oil via an electrode 31 exposed in the flow passage 2 and applying charges to the foreign particles; a solid-liquid separation means 4 provided at the downstream side of the electrode 31 and separating a solid in the industrial oil; and a magnetic field application means 5 for applying a magnetic field in the flow passage 2 between the electrode 31 and the solid-liquid separation means 4.
