摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy component excellent in high-temperature strength. <P>SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy component is prepared in a predetermined shape so that the porosity amount is 5 vol.% or less using an aluminum alloy containing 4.5-5.5 mass% Si, 2.5-3.5 mass% Cu, 1.2-1.5 mass% Mg, less than 0.3 mass% Ni (here, including 0 mass%), less than 0.5 mass% Fe (here, including 0 mass%), and the balance Al with unavoidable impurities. The ratio [Mg/Cu] of Mg content to Cu content is 0.4-0.7.
