<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, a communication device, and a control method capable of suitably indicating evaluation by another user with respect to a scene of a video. <P>SOLUTION: The display device of this embodiment is provided with reproduction means, display means, acquisition means, and light-emitting control means. The reproduction means reproduces a video content, and the display means displays the video of the reproduced video content on a display screen. The acquisition means acquires, from a storage device, first data on the evaluation on a temporal position of the video content, the first data being stored in the storage device connected via a network. Then, when the reproduction means reproduces a temporal position of the video content, the light-emitting control means controls a light-emitting device different from a device illuminating the display screen to emit light in response to the acquired first data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
