<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repairing a reactor core internal structure of a nuclear reactor, which can surely suppress welding cracks on a welding edge part. <P>SOLUTION: The method for repairing the reactor core internal structure of the nuclear reactor includes: a first step for forming an edge preparation part 1 on a repair scheduled spot of the reactor core internal structure of the nuclear reactor; a second step for supplying a welding wire from a flat part side to the surface of the reactor core internal structure in a predetermined range including one end part of the edge preparation part 1 and performing first welding to form a first welding part 2; a third step for removing the first welding part 2 of the edge preparation part 1 side; a fourth step for performing second welding for supplying a wire to the edge preparation part 1 and the removed first welding part 2 in the reverse direction to the first welding to form a second welding part 3; a fifth step for performing third and subsequent welding on the upper part of the second welding part 3 so that the welding is not extruded from the removed first welding part 2 to form a welding part 4 composed of a plurality of layers; and a sixth step for scraping off the surface of the welding layers formed in the fifth step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
