PURPOSE: A construction panel and an assembling structure thereof are provided to improve waterproof and heat insulation efficiency by preventing construction panels laterally assembled from becoming separated from each other. CONSTITUTION: A construction panel comprises first and second boards(11,12), and an insulation material. A hollow unit is formed between the first and second boards. The first and second boards are coupled to each other through the hollow unit. The insulation material is inserted into the hollow unit. One or more rivets are coupled to the edges of the first and second boards. First and second extension units are protruded from both surfaces of the first board or the second board.
