<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparing a PCR composition using whole blood is provided to ensure easy application of plural samples without separate DNA adsorption, precipitation, or washing. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a PCR composition using whole blood comprises: a step of mixing Tris-HCl(pH8.0) solution and EDTA (pH 8.0) solution; and a step of adding 0.05-1 weight parts of surfactant to 100 weight parts of a mixture solution to prepare a whole blood dilution solution. The surfactant is SDS and is mixed with non-ionic surfactant for neutralizing SDS. The non-ionic surfactant is primer, 1X PCR buffer, dNTP mix or NP-40.</p> |
