PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a biochip module of ceramic lamination type is provided to easily form LTCC thick film process and to reduce chip size. CONSTITUTION: A biochip module comprises: a first ceramic layer(210) which mixes bacterial water and ligand-conjugated magnetic beads; a second ceramic layer(220) which separates the magnetic beads from water; and a third ceramic layer(230) which detects the number of bacteria captured to the magnetic beads.
