<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of minimizing resource changes and additions and measuring the electric angle of a synchronous motor by utilizing means for highly accurately measuring higher harmonics. <P>SOLUTION: An electric angle measuring apparatus 100 according to this invention includes: ADCs 112, 114 for converting analog input signals on the basis of a sampling clock; a zero-cross detector 116 for detecting the zero-cross of the analog input signals; an FFT timing generation part 140 for obtaining the FFT timing of a frequency which is the integral multiple of the fundamental frequency of the analog input signals and generating the pulses of the FFT timing with the timing of the Z phase pulse of a synchronous motor 102 as a reference; an FFT operation processing part 144 for executing an FFT operation on a value at the timing; a higher harmonic analysis processing part 146 for computing the fundamental wave component and higher harmonic component of the analog input signals from the result of the FFT operation; and a processing part (CPU 126) for deriving the electric angle of the synchronous motor 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
