PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery unit which has excellent heat dissipation without increasing the number of members.

SOLUTION: The battery unit comprises: a plurality of batteries each having both main surfaces; and a combination member which is provided between the batteries and combines the batteries so that the main surfaces of the batteries face each other. Each of the batteries comprises a battery element and an exterior material housing the battery element. At least one of the both main surfaces of the battery is provided with an irregular shape.
