<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of and prevent deformation of a mounting plate mounted with a motor part. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting plate includes a plurality of fixing portions 481, 482, 483 attachable to a device body, a circular arc portion 46 having a circular arc shape projecting from a head opposition portion, and ridge portions 1051, 1052 projecting in a plate thickness direction of the mounting plate. The fixing portions 481, 482, 483 includes a first fixing portion 481 disposed near one side end of the head opposition portion, a third fixing portion 483 disposed near an opposite side end, and a second fixing portion 482 disposed on a line orthogonal to a segment connecting the first fixing portion and the third fixing portion and intersecting the circular arc portion.
