<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness routing method enabling reduction in a size and weight of a wire harness by reducing the number of components and prevention of failure such as occurrence of abnormal noise and contamination of an electric wire caused by interference between the electric wire constituting the wire harness and a vehicle body panel. <P>SOLUTION: In a wire harness routing method for fixing a wire bundle 11a constituting a wire harness 1 to a vehicle body panel 121 by a plurality of clamp members 111, a position of each clamp mounting hole formed on the vehicle body panel 121 is set so as to leave a clearance S having a first specified dimension or more between edge parts E1, E2, E3... on the vehicle body panel 121 side and the wire bundle 11a held by the clamp members 111, and installation intervals B1, B2 of the clamp members 111 are set so that a width in which the wire bundle 11a suspended between the clamp members 111 swings due to vibration of a vehicle body, etc. becomes less than the first specified dimension. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
