<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactile sense presentation device capable of presenting an appropriate tactile sense based on an operation by an operator even when an application composing a user interface does not assume presentation of a tactile sense. <P>SOLUTION: A tactile sense presentation device 1 comprises: a touch sensor 40; a tactile sense presentation unit 50 for presenting a tactile sense for a touch object touching a touch surface of the touch sensor 40; a sound output unit 70; and a control unit 10 for controlling the sound output unit 70 to output predetermined sound based on an instruction to output sound.
