<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a taxi driver from driving a taxi in violation of predetermined labor regulations. <P>SOLUTION: A driving management system comprises: an on-vehicle taximeter 20; a driver card 31 that the on-vehicle taximeter 20 uses for authenticating a driver; and a card management device 10. The card management device 10 has: a return time detection section 11 which detects time the driver finishes previous service as a return time based on data read from the driver card 31; a driving propriety discrimination section 12 which automatically discriminates whether the driver holding the driver card 31 is permitted to drive based on at least the return time detected by the return time detection section 11 and present time when issuing a new driving permission for the driver card 31; and a driving permission issuing section 13 which writes information showing whether the driver is permitted to drive or rejected in accordance with a discrimination result by the driving propriety discrimination section 12 on the driver card 31 of a processing object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
