<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor member manufacturing method with which semiconductor paint for obtaining a semiconductor member having a desired electro-resistance value can be efficiently prepared, a load to a manufacturing step can be reduced, and the semiconductor member of a uniform electro-resistance value can be stably obtained, and an endless belt employing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor member manufacturing method includes the steps of preparing semiconductor paint by mixing a carbon black dispersion liquid obtained by dispersing carbon black in a resin solution containing at least a resin or a resin precursor, and a viscosity adjustment liquid which does not contain the carbon black, and molding a semiconductor member by applying the semiconductor paint. The carbon black dispersion liquid is prepared by dispersing the carbon black in the resin solution of which the viscosity is settled within a range of 1 to 20 Pa s, and the semiconductor paint is prepared by mixing the carbon black dispersion liquid and the viscosity adjustment liquid of which the viscosity is higher than that of the resin solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
