<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductive structural element with an improved core characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: An inductive structural element has a coil 5, and a core including plural core areas 1, 2 with different magnetic materials. The plural core areas 1, 2 have different magnetic characteristics, and include a core area 2, which is a central winding core, and an outer core area 1. The central winding core 2 is formed as plural plate-like laminates made of magnetic material. A flexible material 3 not exhibiting permeability is arranged between the plate-like bodies. The material 3 is an insulation coating of the plate-like bodies. The plural plate-like bodies are fastened with bolts together with the outer core area 1.
