<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of making an employer actually feel the meaning of hiring each employee and maintaining or improving each employee's desire to work. <P>SOLUTION: By an employment state management system of this invention, for instance, a physical state of an employee, one or both of a job execution history (history of OJT (On the Job Training) or the like) and a training history, and the transition of an executable job range at different points of time can be recognized by the employer (refer to the figure 2 and the figure 3).
