<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail-order system capable of surely delivering commodities that a customer visually confirms to the customer's house so as to solve user's unsatisfaction in mail-order sale using the Internet, such as not having a chance to see actual commodities, not being given detailed explanation on commodities, and finding wrong commodity images after purchased commodities are delivered. <P>SOLUTION: In the system, a customer is allowed to have conversation with a store side in real time and to visually confirm commodities with live video in the store.
