<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boot in which an insole and an outsole having a foot bed shape are integrally fabricated, thereby stability and fitting are improved, and which can realize walking which is more comfortable and in which a user hardly gets tired. <P>SOLUTION: The boot is configured such that an insole 2 having a foot bed shape (a) in which a surface of a side of a back cloth is covered by the back cloth 1 is made to intervene between a back cloth 1 and an outsole 5. For obtaining the boot, the sock-like back cloth material 1 is made to cover a die 10 which has made a bottom surface 10a a sole shape (a'), an insole 2 which has made a surface a foot bed shape (a) which is in agreement with the sole shape, in which the surface is lapped on a surface of the bottom surface through the back cloth material 1, is adhered to the back cloth material 1, then, a process which adheres an upper material 4 on the back cloth material 1 is passed, and an outsole 5 is adhered to the insole 2, then is vulcanized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
