<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding surface member which can provide excellent sliding performance without using an expensive special twine and can also ensure the surface durability of an opponent material without causing any damage to the surface of the opponent material even if a reinforcing base material is exposed to the sliding surface, and moreover, can be expected to provide sliding with a low friction and can ensure durability due to a high adhesion between the reinforcing base material and a resin layer; and to provide a multilayered sliding member prepared using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A sliding surface member 1 includes a reinforcing base material 3 formed of an expanded resin sheet 2, a filled layer 4 filled into notches in the expanded resin sheet 2 of the reinforcing base material 3, a resin layer 8 formed of a thermosetting resin which covers the surfaces 6 of the expanded resin sheet 2 and the filled layer 4 and includes a coating layer 7 formed integrally with the filled layer 4, and a sliding surface 10 having a surface 9 from which a coating layer 7 of the resin layer 8 is exposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
