<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in stability of a foaming degree in order to prevent aggravation of the S/N ratio caused by impedance mismatching resulting from foaming degree fluctuation when highly foamed, and to provide a foam insulated wire using the resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: In this resin composition comprising a polyolefin resin, the viscosity of the resin composition is in the range of ≥500 and ≤2,800 Pa s under measuring conditions of a measuring temperature of 170°C and a measuring frequency of 1 Hz, and a strain hardening ratio in uniaxial elongation viscosity measured under measuring conditions of a measuring temperature of 150°C, and a strain rate of 3.0 s<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>is ≥700%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
