<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide meat processed food for a person having difficulty in swallowing, as food to be easily swallowed by a person who has difficulty in swallowing, which is produced by using meat as a main material and meeting the standard of Consumer Affairs Agency. <P>SOLUTION: The meat processed food for a person having difficulty in swallowing is produced by: mixing meat, meat extract, water, gellan gum, psyllium seed gum, and, as required, powdered albumen; and subjecting the mixture to hot forming. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
