<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easy realize a 3D display of a sub-image based on offset information, when the offset information of the sub-image is disposed in a stream of a main image. <P>SOLUTION: A video stream for a right eye comprises offset metadata for generating offset information. Only either coded video data of a main image for the right eye or the offset metadata is disposed in a data portion of a TS packet of the video stream for the right eye. In a header of the TS packet of the video stream for the right eye, a transport priority is described, and the transport priority indicates that data disposed in the data portion of the TS packet is the coded video data of the main image for the right eye or the offset metadata.
