PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to maintain voltage of a gate node of a driving TFT by reducing a leakage current generated by a sensing TFT during light emission. CONSTITUTION: A first TFT(T1) provides data voltage to a first node(N1). A second TFT(T2) connects a drain electrode of a driving TFT and a third node(N3) when turned on. A third TFT(T3) provides a reference voltage to the third node when turned on. A fourth TFT provides reference voltage to the first node when turned on. A sensing TFT connects the second node and drain electrode of the driving TFT. A first capacitor is connected between the first and second nodes.
