<p>PURPOSE: A high-strength austenite steel pipe for the gas shield arc welding and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a quality of a welded portion and the softening of the welded portion by securing a bead width; below 2.5mm. CONSTITUTION: A gas shield arc welding pipe comprises base metal(103) and a welded part. The base metal contains less than 1.5wt% C, Mn 5~35wt%, Al 0.01~3wt%, less than 3wt% Si, residual Fe, and inevitable impurities. A bead width of the welded part is below 2.5mm. Less than three pits having a depth of less than 0.1mm are formed on a surface of the welded part. The strength ratio of the base mate to the welded part is more than 0.85.</p> |
