<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information acquisition system to promote effective use of waiting time of a customer. <P>SOLUTION: The customer information acquisition system comprises: an information management device which gives an identifier for individualizing each presentation information to the presentation information to be presented to the customer; and a terminal device which acquires the presentation information to which the identifier is given by the information management device, presents the acquired presentation information to the customer, acquires answer information of the customer to the presented presentation information in association with the identifier, and outputs customer information including the answer information associated with the identifier to the information management device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
