<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for surely attaching a solar panel on a horizontally laid roof surface and to provide a foundation device for attaching the solar panel properly responding to a roof gradient surface. <P>SOLUTION: A base 1 installed on the horizontally laid roof includes a base plate 5 comprising a plane part 2, both left and right side face parts 3 and a bottom surface part 4, and an attaching member 18 integrally configured at the rear side part of the base plate. An adjusting oblong hole 6 is provided on the plane part of the base plate, screws 7, 8 are interposed between the front side plate 10 of a stereoscopic moving member 9 that slides on the adjusting oblong hole and the adjusting oblong hole, and an engaging piece 11 is provided on a rear erected plate 13 of the moving member and is engaged with the adjusting oblong hole. Screws 16, 17 are screwed to an oblong hole 15 provided on the center of a horizontal plate 14 of the moving member, a fastening plate 22 is screwed by screws 20, 21 to the upper part of a horizontal plate 19 of the attaching member configured on the extension line of the plane part of the base plate, a part of a folding plate roof part is fitted between the lower suppression part 23 of the horizontal plate and the fastening part 24 of the fastening plate, and fastening is executed by the screws. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
