<p>The device has granular materials compartmentalized and wrapped in bags or sheaths that are wrapped in a geogrid. Compartments accommodate bags of materials or bags of sleeves filled with materials. Ducts are sealed or made with a synthetic drainage to occupy the materials. A sub-partition of the bags allows easy replacement of a defective bag without manipulating the bag.</p>
