PURPOSE: A connector and a connector device are provided to insert a second connector into a hole of a first hole. CONSTITUTION: A first connector(100) is mounted on a first substrate. The first substrate has a first substrate hole. A second connector(200) is mounted on the second substrate. The second connector is inserted into a hole of the first substrate. The external shape of the second connector is projected on a plane. The plane is orthogonal to an insertion direction between the first connector and the second connector.
