PURPOSE: A method and a device for measuring a shape of a flat plate type specimen are provided to accurately measure a 3D shape of an object and to enhance the precision of the measured shape. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring a shape of a flat plate type specimen is as follows. A flat plate type specimen is arranged between first and second measuring members(S100). Shapes of both sides of the specimen are measured by using the first and second measuring members together(S150). The first and second measuring members are moved with respect to the specimen so that the shapes of both sides or the flatness of the specimen are measured.
