PURPOSE: A coating solution for forming a transparent film is provided to have excellent adhesion with a substrate, scratch resistance, film strength, transparence, etc, and to have excellent chemical resistance, and water repellency at the same time, and to able to form a transparent film with excellent haze because of not blooming phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A coating solution for forming a transparent film consists of a matrix-forming component, metal oxide particle, and solvent, and comprises acryl silicone resin with average molecular weight range of 5,000-30,000 as a leveling agent. The content of leveling agent is 0.001-7.2 weight% in solid phase. The content of the matrix-forming component is 1-59.9 weight% in solid phase. The content of the metal oxide particle is 0.025-48 weight% in solid phase. The total content of solid phase is 5-60 weight%. |
