PURPOSE: A roll coating drip pan is provided to completely overcome non-uniform coating thickness problems by modifying the structure of the drip pan and preventing the generation of a coating liquid congested part. CONSTITUTION: A roll coating drip pan includes a pan housing, a slanted wall(120), and a notch part(130). The pan housing includes a nozzle mounting part(111), a roll mounting part(112), and coating liquid collecting paths(113). A coating liquid supplying nozzle is installed at the front part of the nozzle mounting part. A pickup roll is spaced apart from the rear side of the nozzle mounting part. The collecting paths are formed at both sides of the roll mounting part. Coating liquid sprayed from the nozzle mounting part is spread to the entire longitudinal direction of the roll mounting part by connecting slanted walls with angles from the nozzle mounting part to the inner walls of the collecting paths. The notch part is arranged at the middle of the pan housing. |
