A joint (72) is placed on a side of the lid, and a nozzle (73) is placed at a base of the lid and fitted on a blade axle (6). An air guide passage (74) is formed in the nozzle and interconnected to the joint. A locking element (75) is provided on an edge of the lid. A protruding plate (76) is provided on the edge of the lid, and corresponds to a notch (16) of the main body.
